Our Artistic Director, Kaitlyn has spent 23 years living and working in France where she trained in the art of cutting, colouring and styling hair at the prestigious Academie de Toulouse. Her expertise lies in French Balayage techniques, which have earned her a loyal clientele.

Kaitlyn's talent was recognized early on in her career when she became a finalist in the Avant Garde category of a national competition "Les Victoires de la Coiffure" during her first year of apprenticeship. She later won the Avant Garde category of another national competition called "Métamorphose".

After gaining valuable experience in some of France's most prestigious hair salons, Kaitlyn has become an expert in cutting and colouring hair. She is driven by her love for creativity and styling. Kaitlyn had the amazing opportunity to work with Wella as a digital ambassador and was even chosen as one of their 140 Changemakers after winning a global competition. Recently, she was selected by R+Color as a hair artist and educator.

Kaitlyn has trained and worked alongside renowned hairstylists such as Raphael Perrier, Silvia Salerno, Ludovic Geheniaux, Ivan Arniaud, and Sophia Hilton to continually deepen her knowledge and skills. One of the highlights of her journey was completing Vidal Sassoon's "International Masters" course in London with their international creative director Mark Hayes.

With 17 years of expertise in the art of hairdressing, Cassandra's journey began with Toni & Guy and then the renowned koda Cutters in Sydney, where she honed her skills and developed a deep passion for creating stunning hairstyles. Her experience includes working backstage at high-profile events mastering her craft and becoming a professional and artistic hairstylist dedicated to transforming clients' visions into reality.
