Kaitlyn Wagner, the owner and Director of Kaitlyn Wagner Hairdressing, brings 26 years of invaluable experience from her time living and working in France. She trained in the art of cutting, colouring, and styling hair at the prestigious  Académie de Toulouse. She is an expert in French Balayage techniques. These techniques allow her to create beautiful, seamlessly blended colours while prioritising your hair's health.

Kaitlyn's talent was recognised early on in her career when she became a finalist in the Avant Garde category of a national competition, "Les Victoires de la Coiffure" during her first year of apprenticeship. She later won the Avant Garde category of another national competition called "Métamorphose". After gaining valuable experience in some of France's most prestigious hair salons, Kaitlyn has become an expert in cutting and colouring hair.

Driven by her love for creativity and styling. Kaitlyn had the amazing opportunity to work with Wella as a digital ambassador and was even chosen as one of their 140 Changemakers after winning a global competition. Recently, she was selected by R+Color as a hair artist and educator.

Vidal Sassoon International Master.

A significant milestone in her career was completing Vidal Sassoon's "International Masters" course in London under the mentorship of their international creative director, Mark Hayes, further enhancing her skills and artistic vision in hairdressing. She has trained and collaborated with renowned hairstylists like Raphael Perrier, Silvia Salerno, Ludovic Geheniaux, Ivan Arniaud, and Sophia Hilton to continuously enhance her knowledge and skills.
